Magnet symposium 2018
We learned a lot from colleagues and healthcare providers from our own hospital and from other European countries, including Sweden and Denmark, during our international Magnet symposium. Magnet is about the continuous use of a positive work environment and a persevering culture among nurses, and actually all employees of a hospital. Our people work hard every day for their patients and their work environment. It is the underflow that makes the difference. It was enriching to exchange ideas with an international audience of healthcare professionals about what quality means in a hospital and how we can continue to work on it. With respect for and trust in the patient and each other. Our nurses could share their vision and good practices with their colleagues. An absolute moment of inspiration.
